I am the owner of a small resto in indonesia. We provide 2 free meals per day to our employee. I can not figure out how to record these free meals in wave accounting. I already read a few artikle about this but I am still confused.
I decidet to record this meals in the operation expenses. There for I open an chart of accounts which I call "employee benefits". I like to do a journal transaction: Debits: employee benefits Kredits: ?
At the moment I record it like this. Account: cash on hand withdrawal, Category: employee benefits. But I guess thats wrong because than cash flows out.
Probalby sombody can give me some help in this. Thanks
