  Hi Katie - can you please assist?? I added the below to a discussion (“TD Bank transactions are not importing”) that one of your colleagues (AlexL) commented on. Prior to that I started my own discussion (“Transactions Not Updated for Over a MONTH - WAVE PAYMENTS customer”) regarding the same issue. I have not received any feedback for either. I really need to resolve this issue and just can't seem to get anyone from Wave to help. Since AlexL hasn't been active since early 2021, I was hoping you'd be able to help.
