A fan and user of Wave Accounting since it's inception, only recently have I encountered problems with
bank connections and random duplicate bank transaction imports. Currently have a support ticket for a dropped bank connection, which I'm hoping is addressed soon, and wondering if Wave's competitors have the same issues. Hoping these are temporary problems, as I don't really want to move my data to a different cloud accounting system.
Wondering if Wave should be looking at a higher end offering, with a monthly fee - while retaining their free version. There are features available in Xero and QBO such as perpetual inventory, and job costing that are needed for some clients, and maybe have an 800 support line for paying customers...

If you're referring an income account to your "Chart of Accounts", you can go into "Accounting/Chart of Accounts" and click on the pencil editing icon to overwrite the spelling er… (View Post)2
