Bank Connection Problem with ICICI Corporate

Hello,

It has been 1 week since the balance and the transactions got updated.
Some of the transactions got imported till 5th April.
After that there were no updates or change in the balance.
However on the bank side there exist transactions.

This is specifically for ICICI Corporate banking India.

Please help.

    Hi, @bj1729.

    From what I can see, you are connected successfully. Have you tried clicking on "Update Now", on the Bank Connections page?

    Yes, have tried several times. Both in main page and bank page.

    Again checked it. Its still not working. Only balance gets updates but then no transactions are updated.

    Hi, @bj1729.

    There are a few more things we can try. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and updating again?

    If that doesn't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account. Make sure to set the date from which to upload your transactions on the day where your transaction stopped uploading. Let me know if that works.

    Thank you I think the Browser cache was the problem. I did not disconnect the connection. Just opened the login in a fresh installed browser. That solved the Issue. Now all the transactions have been imported.
