View edit history for estimates and invoices?

If there is a dispute on whether an estimate or invoice was edited after an agreement was made is there a way to view the edit history to satisfy or show to the customer? Or should we encourage customers to save the pdf immediately when the estimate is agreed upon?

    Hi @Chipfo ,

    At this time, Wave does not have a feature which allows you to see the edit history of an estimate or invoice. That being said, I do really appreciate you reaching out and letting us know that this is something that would be helpful to you. As such, I have moved your post to the Sales & Invoicing Feature Ideas forum so that our Developers are able to see your idea and other users who also support your idea.



    In the meantime, saving the estimate or invoice as a PDF would be a good option to ensure that the original copy is saved.
