Difficulty connecting an Edward Jones investment account

I'm having difficulty connecting my new Edward Jones investment account using Plaid.

There are multiple entries for Edward Jones, but none of them seem to work. I put in my EJ username and password, but keep getting a wrong credentials response.

Has anyone successfully integrated an EJ account? I just want to track transactions.

    I called EJ online support and they suggested using no symbols in my password, in case Wave or Plaid didn't allow symbols in a password, but that also did not work.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Edward Jones bank connections. After doing some digging, I can see that 3 out of 4 of their current integrations are down I'm afraid. For next steps, I suggest reaching out to our support team via ticket request or live chat so they can look into your case further and escalate the issue directly to Plaid.
