Receipts App camera issue

Hello - I'm having trouble with the receipts app no longer taking photos - or rather, sometimes taking them. When I tap the button to take the photo, it doesn't work.

I realize this may be because I'm using an old iPhone 6 - iOS version 12.5.1 - could this be an app update problem?

    Hey @Libby , I'd say that it is most likely an app update problem. Can you explain exactly what happens when you click to take the photo, is the button just completely unresponsive?

    Additionally, have you tried updating your app to the newest version to see if it solves the issue?
