A super basic question

Total newbie here... so I managed to import my banking info but I can't find a way to get a total for items. For example, how to add up all deposits in a year.
Would appreciate any guidance.

    1. Click on reports on the left hand menu.
    2. Click on Account Balances in the dig deeper section
    3. Set the time period you want
    4. For each account you now see the total debits and credits for that time period. In the case of your checking account, the debits are your total deposits.

    thank you Andy. That did enable me to get a total.
    I wonder if you could help me with a different issue?
    Wave did not import my banking info correctly and I can't seem to get through to anyone in support. I need to send them a screenshot to show how Wave is leaving out some of my deposits. Do you have a way to contact them? The bot doesn't lead me anywhere.

    Hey @emma22 , sorry to hear you're having trouble getting in touch with the team! When talking to the chatbot, if you ask to submit a ticket, send an email or talk to the Support team, Mave will prompt you with answering some questions so that it can send an email to the team on your behalf.
