Cannot get 2020 TD Bank transactions to upload

Hi -
For the last 10 days, I have tried connecting and reconnecting my TD account but cannot get my bank account transactions to import from 2020. All the 2021 transactions are showing. I was able to get my TD credit card to import everything in 2020 so not sure why is it not working for the bank account?
If I have to do it manually, what is plan B? I see very mixed reviews about Wave Connect - seems like it's pretty frustrating to use.
