My transactions have not uploaded since March 16th. I disconnected my account and tried to reconnect but PLAID states I need to update my Bank info. I push 'continue' and takes me to WF. I have nothing to update on WF. I called WF and they said my acct is updated. What is going on?
Hey @Deepblue626 & @TinaB , our data aggregator can take up to 7 days to pull transactions into your account so please do give it some time to determine if those transactions are still coming in.
IF they aren't and you're having issues with your account, please reach out to our Support team through the chatbot in app (bottom right corner of the screen) so that the team can take a look into the connection itself.
