two bank accounts from different banks. merged . big problem

for some reason... A seldom used account from regions has joined with a wells fargo account. (that was never marked for auto downloads.) This is an account for another business, not on waveapps, but is accessed with the same login info as one that is designated for auto downloads but has a different account number. when I look at my banking information, all is listed correctly.

Its as if plaid decided regions and wellsfargo were the same? and account numbers are to be ignored? Now I have a huge mess.

Hey @jgrosho , I see that you've also submitted a ticket to our Support team. I'm going to let them handle this one via email because they may have to dig into how to unwind these accounts with Plaid directly.

In regards to previous transactions though, it sounds like you may have to go through these manually to delete and move those that don't belong. Either way, I'd wait for one of our agents to look into your account details so they can provide you with some more info around this.
