Hello,

I spoke with Heartland Bank (OH) and they indicated that they sent over the necessary information to Wave to complete the account connections. Is there an ETA on when Wave's IT department will have this complete?

Hey @sblpartners , we ourselves don't actually run these connections as we use a third party data aggregator called Plaid to facilitate these connections for us. Feel free to have your bank reach out to them as they're always taking user feedback on which banks to connect with.
