Wave requires tax details for a state I don't pay taxes in

Hi,
We have an employee that moved here from out of state. They are in temporary accommodation so during on-boarding they entered their address as their out of state address as they expect to be moving to a more permanent residence locally once they are settled here.
Wave must have picked up on the out of state address and now wants me to enter tax account details for this other state.
I tried mark it as exempt but it still wants the tax account numbers, etc. (on the 'payroll setup' page it says the 'tax profile' is not 100% set up)
I tried changing their address to be in state but it still wants these details.
And now Wave won't do the automatic tax payment and filing for me because it says i have not filled out my tax profile. I cannot fill out these out of state tax account details because i don't pay taxes for this state.
How do i rectify this?

Update
It took several hours but it looks like changing the employees address to their temporary in-state address got Wave to update and drop the requirement for out-of-state tax accounts
Now my 'tax profile' says it is 100% complete and all looks good!
