Invoices won't send

Hi
We cannot get any invoices to send. After loading, each invoice comes up as unsent. We have never had any issues with this before.

After doing some digging on the backend, it looks like you are an Editor collaborator on the business in question. As an Editor, you can only send invoices on the business's behalf if you were granted invoice sending permission by the primary account holder. I noticed that you were granted this permission the same day you posted this Community discussion. You should be able to send invoices successfully as an Editor now. If not, please do let me know so I can assist you further.
