TD credit card not importing

This has been going back & forth with customer service since last August. I was told to delete the bank connection and re-import but that only worked for that one time. The transactions no longer import and I shouldn't have to recreate a bank connection each time in order to force an import. It used to work fine. What is the problem and what is the resolution?
