Wave imported starting balance incorrectly: Need a fic

Just created a new account and imported my accounts from Dec 2017. Wave is giving me an incorrect starting balance

    I mean it imported a beginning balance from my bank account that was different from what it really is. I double checked the starting date and it is correct

    Hi, @vetemergency77.

    Can you try deleting all those transactions and re-creating the connection?

    Can you also share screenshots of everything that doesn't match up? I might be able to help find the culprit that way.

    I'm having this problem & manually making the starting balance zero, didn't correct the problem. Any other ideas?

    Hi @SarahSL,

    It's difficult to tell what exactly might be the problem without seeing it. Could you share some screenshots of your accounting page and give us a bit more details on what issue you're encountering?
