Cant import transactions

I deleted transactions that i had imported because the memos were wrong. I have tried to re import the same transactions a number of times but i cant see them. When i try to import it says there already transactions for the period. Have tried clearing cache but didnt help.

Hi! How are you doing these imports? Are they from your bank connection, or are you uploading a bank statement?
They are from bank connection
No – it is from 1.4.17 to the date that the first bank feed started 10.1.18 - so we want to be able to upload a bank statement for the period 1.4.17 to 9.1.18.
If they can make the bank feed start from 1.4.17 that would be great but they probably cant

Financial institutions usually stop data aggregators from gathering anything older than a certain age. The age changes from institution to institution, but it's usually 30, 60 or 90 days. To import anything older than that, you'll have to upload your bank statement yourself. Here's how you can do that.
