Bookkeeper for US and Canadian Companies

I'm looking for a bookkeeper for my US (Texas) and Canadian (BC). Both are professional services companies with a low volume of transactions. I do the invoicing and receivables and would like a pro to do the account reconciliations, tax prep, and advise on how we do the accounting.
