Santander Business UK no connection at all

I have tried 3 times to enter my ID which is correct as I've also logged in to my account today with the same number. Is there an ongoing issue with Santander? Any advice you can give me? I think the whole reason for me to use the Wave App is the banking integration so if this isn't working I don't know if I really see the point?

    Hi, @MrsRed.

    Can you share a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? It might help up find a solution. Could you also give me the address of the page you log into your online banking from? I'll compare it to what our data provider is attempting to connect to and make sure it matches.
