Restart the whole thing!

I was playing with Wave for a while and now I got the audited BS and TB back from my CPA. I am trying to get this ,my account restarted, including new COA and all new bank balance. IS there anyway I can remove all the old data and do it from scratch?

    Hey @GaryYuen !

    If you want to wipe your account clean and start fresh, the easiest way would be to close your account and open a new one. Before I mention how an account can be closed, I want to make sure that you fully understand that this procedure will remove ALL of your data and ALL of your accounts including both Wave Accounting and Wave Payroll.

    This is how you can close your Wave account:

    1. Sign-in to Wave.
    2. Click on the Business Toggle in the top left hand corner.
    3. Select Manage Your Profile that appears on the bottom of the menu.
    4. Scroll down and click on "Close this Wave account", located at the bottom of the page.

    Follow the instructions to close your Wave account. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm that you want to close your Wave account. Please check your spam folder in case it was misdirected there.
