Does anyone else has this? Is there any workaround by admins?

PayPal had been de-authorised (probably due to password change) and transactions could not be imported causing the system to hang. Deleted the integration and re-enabled it. Seems to work fine now.

You are right, a password change would break the connection until that was updated on Wave's side as well.
