Payments Setup

I've been trying to get someone to respond to me on why my payments setup was declined. Run 2 businesses with Wave and have had no issues with my other account. When trying to set up my new business, I was sent a message that I needed further verification. Then live chat said I needed to talk to the Risk Team. Then I got a message saying that I am a high risk business and that payments will not be taken with that account. I have customer funds already on hold in my account and need it to be paid out to pay my vendors ASAP. No one will get back to me with an answer. My business is effectively shut down until I can get this resolved. Please someone respond.

    After taking a closer look on my end, I can see that one of our Risk agents assisted you with this shortly after making this post. I'm happy to see that. If you have any more question for the Risk team, please reply directly to their email. They'll gladly assist you further.
