Cannot see the New Loan Account in Transaction Register

I recently obtained a loan, that was deposited in my bank account. To record the loan amount deposit in my bank, I created a new account in "Liabilities & Credit Cards" section of the chart of accounts. However, I do not see this account in the transaction journal when I try to record the deposit from the uploaded bank transactions. Any help in this will be appreciated.
