connecting a new account RBC account

I opened a new business account with RBC and successfully connected the account, however it is disconnecting and sends me an email to reconnect the account which I manage to do successfully but disconnects again.
Really frustrated.

Same here. wonder if it is because of 2-way authentication feature
I have just created a new Wave account - looks great! Except I cant seem to download RBC transactions - I am able to connect the account (a lot of password challenge test and visits to my RBC account ?!??) however no transactions are downloaded and the account says I need to reconnect - never able to reconnect - delete account starts over... Ugh
