Issue with connecting to Capital One Canada

Hi there,

I tried to connect with my Capital One Canada credit account, and after I entered the user name/password, I was asked with this question:

"Enter Your Registered Phone Number For Receiving OTP"

So I entered my phone number, with various different format, such as +14161234567, 4161234567, 416-123-4567, (416)123-4567. None of them would allow me to login, and then I got this error message and asked me to sign in again:

"The security answers you entered are incorrect. Try to connect again and re-enter them. Multiple attempts to connect will be required for all security questions to be answered. If your answers are correct and you are stuck, visit our help center to investigate the problem."

Could someone kindly help me out please? Thanks!

    Hi, @VictorZ.

    Do you see a button anywhere, on the page where you are asked for your phone number, that says "Complete secure connection"?

    Your issue is related to a new security feature with Capital One Canada. You might need to get in contact with them to confirm that your phone number matches the one for your account.
