Greetings,
I'm BRAND NEW to Wave (and business accounting as a whole), but have been using programs like Quicken for many years.
This discussion started out as a question about unsupported banks.
However...I found my bank is supported!!! For anyone who happens to be using Farmers & Merchants State Bank (https://www.fm.bank/) and happens to be doing a search just like I was, make sure that when you click the [Connect Account] button under Banking > Connected Accounts to search for your bank...you do the search for "Farmers & Merchants State Bank" AND "Farmers and Merchants State Bank" and then pay special attention to the URL (https://www.fm.bank/). I found it under one and not the other.
This is the logo of the bank, it might come in handy too.
As a general question for everyone: When you submit a report of a missing bank, how long does it usually take Plaid / Wave add it? That might be useful info for me to know in the future.
