Drop down not showing up on Bills page

Hello I am not able to add a payment to a new bill that I added. The drop down is blank. It does not have the options of adding a payment.
Please help.

Hi Mark! Are you a collaborator on this account? If yes, this is probably because of a known issue. If you ask your account holder to update your collaborator status from "View, Edit, and Send" to "View and Edit" this should resolve the problem.
