Credit Card Transactions Duplicating for No Reason - Bot and Articles Are No Help

The other day, I logged in to find that my credit card had become disconnected. I reconnected it and let it sync my transactions. I merged/deleted all duplicates thinking that the disconnection/resync process had caused the duplicates. I logged in again this morning to find that my transactions are still duplicating. Asked the bot. Looked at help files. The only solution seems to be "delete and/or merge" the duplicates. This was never a problem before. I have no clue why this is happening and taking the time to merge/delete each time will double my time reviewing transactions and is highly inefficient. Surely, there must be a better solution. I'm very frustrated. I used to be very pleased with Wave. Not so much anymore.
