Foreign currency feature not working on my waveapps account

Hello,
My name is Anne.
Please I stopped seeing the option to enter my exchange rate for the desired currency to my home currency on the transaction page.
Kindly assist. My account balance is showing negative in home currency but my foreign currency account has a positive balance.
Hope someone replies soon.
