Duplicate transactions for linked account

I have 1 linked account that imports every transaction twice. This account is only configured in Wave once, confirmed by viewing the Banking/Connected Accounts so there are not two versions of it visible. Sometimes the same transaction will even have a different date. It appears like Wave has this account twice internally... Anyone every come across this?
