I signed up for wave, sent invoices to 2 customers. Then was informed contracts were required to provide to wave.
contracts, information, text messages were provided to wave.
now no answer. They say 90% of inquires are dealt with same day. But I see here that there are many delays.
I need someone to look into this immediately. It is simply unfair for my funds to be held for no reason. No phone number and not a quicker response on emails.
we are all small business who rely upon prompt payments
