US Bank transactions not importing

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get Plaid to import transactions from US Bank? It hasn't worked since July for me. I have tried turning on and off automatic imports, this hasn't worked.
I have tried deleting and reconnecting the bank account. This kind of works. It let's me log in and says it has connected. It even updates the amount in the account correctly. This means it gets some sort of connection, but it never imports transactions.
I have tried this several times over the months, but nothing has changed. This is occurring on both a credit card account and savings account. I have been making due with manually importing transactions, but it is a pain.
