RBC acct connection to wave kept on disconnecting

and whenever it does, it gets disconnected again as soon as soon as I go to another folder menu in wave. also, not all transaction from my RBC acct shows up in wave, most especially my deposits. Please help now that my HST acct is now almost due. Thank you!
