Moving to Xero - any insights into UAE connectivity?

No connection to my UAE bank - Emirates NBD for a month now. Prior to this it connected for 3 days after being unconnectable for 5 weeks. So officially Wave does not function for me any more.
Question: I will have to move to Xero or Zoho. Will I experience exactly the same problem? Any insight to an accounting app that works in The United Arab Emirates is appreciated.

Hi, @frankstebbing, sorry to see you go.
I can't speak for other companies, but issues with bank connections are common industry-wide. Financial institutions often make it difficult for outside sources to scrape any data, even with the account owner's permission.
From what I can see here, your account doesn't seem to have any connection issues. Have you tried clicking Update Now, on the bank connections page? Clearing your browser's cache and removing, and then re-creating your connection might also help.
