Connect Transaction As Payment On Bill

I have setup my wave to connect with my bank account. Now the problem is I need to record transactions in my bank account as a payment on an invoice. How do I do that?

    You can just categorize them as "Payment for an invoice made in Wave". They'll ask you which invoice afterwards, and voila! Freshly paid invoice!
