BMO connection issues

I use wave payment and I cant talk to a real person on why I cant link BMO to my account. There is no info, you have BMOHARRIS and it doesnt work through that why not have Canadian BMO. Please offer support to all your customers. I cant use features that you make money off of if I cant contact you at the very least by email.

Any BMO users know how to have bank integration?

    Game's connection to BMO hasn't worked for months (about Aug last year was the last time transactions were importing for me). There's a workaround to upload a statement manually, which isn't ideal but is at least faster than doing all the entry manually (I downloaded from BMO as a Microsoft Money file and it uploaded to Wave with no issue).

    From what I've read in other threads and elsewhere online, they use Plaid now for bank imports and it doesn't seem to work well with Canadian banks.

    There don't seem to be any plans to get the connection working again, soooo .... Have been looking for another accounting software to use$
