Trial Balance not showing all income / expenses (and who knows what else)

Hi.
I am trying to generate a trial balance.
I have put in the date range, as i want to see the trial balance from 01 March 2021 until today (10 Feb 2022). 
When i update the report, this is what i get at the bottom: 
this is impossible as we have had income during this period, so why is it not showing?
similarly, the accounting fees are off. it should be R 1880.00 not R 410.00
Please help with this, provisional tax is due end of Feb 2022.
