Canadian Bank Connections and Plaid

Hi fellow frustrated Canadian users of Wave. I have been in touch with my business bank (CIBC) and Plaid about Wave and the problems connecting accounts.

Plaid confirmed that there is a block in Canada and they are working with Canadian banks to resolve the problems but do not have an ETA. American banks have no issues using Plaid.

This is 100% on Wave now. They clearly do not care about their Canadian users and have no plans to use an alternate 3rd party service that does work for us. Otherwise we would have seen it by now. Instead we get the usual canned responses from Wave about uploading bank statements.

This is disappointing.

    Very disappointing. I like Wave, but will start looking for a new solution.
