Wave no longer importing transactions from ELAN business credit card

Wave stopped importing transactions with my company's credit card issued by ELAN. I understand that Wave uses a 3rd party, PLAID, for this integration and the problem is with PLAID-ELAN communications. In any event, I can't seem to get any indication from Wave that this is being worked on and when they intend to fix it. Meanwhile I have to manually export then import transactions every few days to keep the records up to date. Can someone at Wave press PLAID to get this fixed!
