Suntrust now Truist connection failure

I tried to add Truist to my connected accounts since my previous Suntrust business account transferred to Truist on 02/20/22/ When I try to create the new account the same credentials that work with the Truist APP fail in Wave. Ideas besides to manually downloading statements? TIA.

I am also experiencing this. Have you been able to resolve it? My transactions are stuck at Feb 17...
Yes, I deleted the Suntrust account and created a new Truist connected account and now all is well.
