Plaid and Scotiabank Not Connecting

Hi,
I noticed that my transactions were not importing automatically anymore. I "talked to Mave". Waited a few days. Disconnected and reconnected. Nothing. It has now been over 1 month since Wave stopped importing my transactions from Scotiabank.
Now I tried to just delete the connected account and reconnect but now I can't even reconnect. I get to a prompt of "Verify Your Indentity. We just sent a notification to your phone or tablet" and that notification never comes through and eventually it times out and says a connection to your bank could not be established. And this is where I am now stuck.
Help anyone?
