How do I reconcile cash purchases where the funds will never be deposited into the bank this is a food truck business and sometimes we will take some of the cash we have on hand from the cash sales for the day and purchase emergency items or items we need right away that day. The receipts are scanned in under cash on hand need to know what the other side of the reconciliation will be as we will never those funds into the bank account but I would like to account for the purchases.
