Data Validation Errors

I have multiple users entering invoices and everyday several of them report they cannot create an invoice because they get an error message that states there is A Data Validation error. What is the cause of this and is there a cure?

    Sorry forgot that this is while using the Android App. I have checked and these are all using Android 11 and 12.
