Reconnected to bank - old transactions now duplicated and no new transactions

Hi, it's been about a year since I logged into my account, but I've decided to give Wave another try. I connected my bank accounts (at PNC) and had the transactions import automatically, but now all the transactions that were in my account before have been duplicated (up to March 2021) and no new ones have been added. And nothing new seems to be loading. What's going on here? I could use some help.

    Hello nsettles. As per your dublicated transactions, make sure the automerge feature is turned on. Take a look at this article on the process.

    In regards to adding the new transactions, it might require a manual upload since going far back. You can download a .csv file from your bank and upload the transactions manually from any given period once into waves and have all of those transactions ready to be categorized.
