Can Wave down load PDF statements from my bank?

No, you cannot upload PDF-format bank statements to Wave. The format we support are OFX, QBO, QFX, ASO and CSV.
You should be able to copy the details of your PDF to a CSV file in Excel or Google Sheet with little issues, and upload that document, however. You can find more information on uploading a CSV file here.
