Feature Request - Automatic Convenience Fee Added when Invoice can be paid by Credit Card

It would be nice if there was a setting that would enable a convenience fee to be added to all invoices that have Credit Card Payments enabled. Ideally, this would use a formula like this: ({Invoice Total}/.971)+$0.60 or if you want to cover Amex too, ({Invoice Total}/.966)+$0.60.

Doesn't seem like rocket science to me since invoices are already performing calculations.
