How should I categories Cash on Hand?

I have transfers from Etsy, Stripe, and Ebay in "Cash On Hand," but I am not sure how to categories those transactions. They are the sales minus the selling fees from the respective venues. They are default categorized as uncategorized income. I would appreciate suggestions.
