issue with uploading bank info

It gets to were it asks me the security questions but then ask me one that "a email was sent to" and I never get a email. How do i answer this question?

    Hi Mike

    Not clear on what you mean? Is this connecting your bank account? Does it refer to the email address you use for online banking instead of the one you use for waves if they aren't the same??
