You can't do it for just one business, @Beyers, but if you want to switch an entire account over, you just have to add their email to the account, make it the primary email, and then remove yourself.

Is there a way to export all info from a business then upload it to a new user account?
Not easily, no. You can export a lot of your data using the Global Export function, but you won't be able to simply re-upload this to a different business. It is, however, a good place to start.
