You're right in saying that our third-party data provider offers connections to more personal bank accounts than business accounts. This isn't limited to Malaysia but is simply the case in general.
If you want to request support for your bank, you can do that from the Bank Connection page. Just search for your bank in the search bar, and click "Can't find your bank?"
Fill in that form and it will send a request to our data provider. While I can't make any promises, I can tell you that this is your best way to let them know what you need.
